The following terms and conditions (Terms) will apply to all prize draws run by Foodhub, of 55 Duke Street, Fenton, Stoke on Trent ST4 3NR
1. Prize draws will also be subject to additional terms and conditions which are specific to each prize draw (specific terms) which can be found on the specific prize draw webpage
2. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any Specific Terms upon entry. Foodhub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to this and future prize draws, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and/or any specific terms
3. Prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Foodhub, its associated, holding or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the prize draws
4. In entering into a prize draw, the entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize that they may win. Foodhub may require the entrant to provide proof of their eligibility
5. Foodhub reserves the right to redraw a prize draw winner if the relevant prize is not accepted or claimed within the time period stated in the applicable specific terms
6. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
7. Entrants must ensure that they are able to accept the relevant prize, as set out and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable specific terms
8. Foodhub reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Foodhub’s control makes it necessary to do so
9. Foodhub reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw any prize draw at any time without prior written notice where it becomes necessary to do so
10. The decision of Foodhub regarding any aspect of any prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, Foodhub, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Foodhub, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The entrant’s statutory rights are not affected
12. Foodhub reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and any of the Specific Terms at any time without prior written notice where it becomes necessary to do so
13. Personal data that is supplied during the course of any Foodhub prize draw will be processed in accordance with Foodhub’s privacy policy which can be found at: https://foodhub.co.uk/privacy
14. Foodhub’s standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed and the website terms of use for using Foodhub’s website also apply.
15. Prize draws will be governed by English law and the entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
