These terms and conditions apply to the Real Deal or a Great Meal Deal giveaways run by Foodhub across its social media channels.
By entering any of the giveaways, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The promoter of these giveaways is Foodhub Software Solutions, 55 Duke Street, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 3NR, United Kingdom.
The giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X or any other social media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
The giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Foodhub, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaways are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person per giveaway is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Each giveaway will be promoted through Foodhub's social media channels.
To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the relevant giveaway post. This may include:
Following Foodhub's social media account
Commenting on the giveaway post with their answer or guess
Tagging friends where requested
Creating and sharing their own content for the UGC giveaway
Entries must be made through the relevant social media post before the stated closing date and time.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
Giveaway date: 12 October 2026
Prize: £200 Foodhub Giftcard
To enter, participants must comment REAL or LOOKALIKE on the relevant Foodhub giveaway post and tag two friends.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Giveaway date: 19 October 2026
Prize: £250 Foodhub Giftcard
Participants must comment with their guess as to what is inside Luke Littler's Foodhub delivery bag.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Giveaway date: 26 October 2026
Prize: £250 Foodhub Giftcard
Participants must comment with their guess as to which cuisine Amanda Holden has ordered from Foodhub.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Giveaway date: 2 November 2026
Prize: £300 Foodhub Giftcard
Participants must comment with their guess as to which dessert Mary Berry has ordered from Foodhub.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Giveaway date: 9 November 2026
Prize: £400 Foodhub Giftcard
Participants must comment with their funniest takeaway guess on the relevant giveaway post.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
To receive a Foodhub Giftcard prize, winners must have an active Foodhub account and the winning prize will be shared as Foodhub Giftcard.
When contacted by Foodhub, winners will be required to provide the email address associated with their Foodhub account so that the Giftcard can be shared to their email address.
If a winner does not have a Foodhub account, they will need to create one to be eligible to receive the Giftcard .
If a selected winner does not respond to Foodhub's message or provide the required information within 7 days, Foodhub reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Foodhub Giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
Prize: £600 Love2shop voucher
Entries for the UGC giveaway will close at 11:59pm on 30 November 2026.
Entrants are invited to create a photo or video showing how they Feel Like a Big Deal when their Foodhub order arrives.
To enter, participants must:
Create an original photo or video based on the giveaway theme
Post it publicly on their social media account
Tag @Foodhub
Use #FeelLikeABigDeal
Entries must be original content created by the entrant and must not contain material that is offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights.
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their entry.
For the Simon Cowell, Luke Littler, Amanda Holden, Mary Berry, and David Brent giveaways, winners will be selected at verifiable random selection from all eligible entries.
Winners will be contacted via the social media account they entered with.
For the UGC giveaway, the winner will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their entry.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Foodhub reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Foodhub may ask winners to provide information required to fulfil their prize.
Foodhub Giftcard prizes will be issued directly to the winner's registered email address once the required account details have been provided.

Simon Cowell – £200 Foodhub Giftcard
Luke Littler – £250 Foodhub Giftcard
Amanda Holden – £250 Foodhub Giftcard
Mary Berry – £300 Foodhub Giftcard
David Brent – £400 Foodhub Giftcard
Foodhub Giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
The UGC giveaway prize is a £600 Love2shop voucher.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize or cash unless Foodhub agrees otherwise.
Foodhub reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
Foodhub reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or the instructions provided in the relevant giveaway post.
Entries must not be submitted using automated, fraudulent or deceptive methods.
Foodhub reserves the right to remove or disregard entries that it considers inappropriate, offensive or otherwise unsuitable.
By entering the UGC giveaway, entrants grant Foodhub permission to repost, share and use their submitted content across Foodhub's social media channels and other marketing channels, subject to applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, Foodhub will credit the entrant when using their content.
By accepting a prize, winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the giveaway.
Personal information provided when entering or claiming a prize will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes, and will be handled in accordance with Foodhub's applicable privacy policy.
Foodhub reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Foodhub's decision regarding the selection of winners will be final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
