In the spirit of giving back, Foodhub is proud to announce our latest initiative which aims to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need. Through monthly contributions to two incredible charities, The Alice Charity and Childline.
The Alice Charity
The Alice Charity, based in Stoke On Trent, is a beacon of hope for families which are currently facing financial hardship. Committed to supporting vulnerable households, the charity provides a range of services, including food assistance, child care provisions, and financial aid. With the aim of empowering families in the local community to overcome their challenges and create a brighter future for their children.
With our support, the charity will be able to continue the growth of their services and outreach programs. Ensuring more families within Stoke On Trent receive the vital support they need. Whether it's putting nutritious meals on the table, or offering essential resources, our contribution will play a key role in strengthening our communities' fabric.
Childline
Childline, operated by the NSPCC, is a life line for children and young people facing various challenges. From providing a sympathetic ear to offering crucial advice and support, Childline is dedicated to ensuring that no child feels alone. Extending their services to issues such as abuse, bullying, mental health issues, and more.
Our donations to this charity will directly impact the resources available to them, strengthening their ability to reach and assist more children in distress. Contributing to maintain the helpline, online chat and counselling services. To ensure that vulnerable children in the UK receive the help they need, when they need it.
By supporting these two incredible charities, Foodhub not only uplifts individuals, but also contributes to building a stronger, more compassionate society. Aiming to nourish hearts, inspire hope, and make a long-lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with us. We look forward to enforcing our commitment to help build a brighter and more compassionate future.
