80 Percentage of users ordering through the Foodhub App
With quick checkout, exclusive app-only deals, and easier reordering, the app continued to grow as a preferred way for users to place their orders.
A single user made the largest gift card purchase of £100 for a loved one.
Gift cards became a popular choice this year for birthdays, celebrations, and “just because” moments, making it easier for customers to treat friends and family.
One of the standout features this year was Group Ordering, helping families, workplaces, and friends coordinate their meals:
This year, we saw a group of 19 people use the feature to place one large order. It proved especially useful for gatherings, parties, and team lunches.
Our Halloween gamification challenge added excitement to the spooky season, with plenty of customers grabbing exclusive rewards.
